I drive an hour and a half for Amber to do my hand tied extensions! I had a color match done and when I showed up, she used 3 diff colors to achieve the most beautiful color! It matched my color so perfectly, we didn’t have to color any of my hair!! THE BEST and the salon is BEAUTIFUL!!

I was so happy that I was able to get in with my girl Amber today for some color! Had to get that summer blonde popping and she did just that. She is hands down the best around town to be honest she is the only person I will use! She’s very passionate about her work and it shows with each session. She’s always so polite and her salon is always so clean and beautiful. I love all the sweet ladies that work there along side of her. I look forward to all my appointments it truly is a fun and refreshing experience every visit. I Would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for anything to do with their hair! I am seriously baffled how this salon is well reviewed. I have been three times and had bad experiences. The first time they charged me $40 more than the price I was told over the phone. The second time they wouldn’t wash it because they had too many walk ins, even though I had made an appointment in advance. They dry cut my curled hair and when I got home it was completely uneven. The third time they started my balayage color at the top of my ear, instead of closer to my roots so it looked like it had grown out for months, leaving me two hundred dollars poorer for a color job that looked 4 months old. My husband just called to make an appointment for my boys for 2 $15 hair cuts and they wanted twenty dollars up front before they even do any hair cutting?! A 66% deposit on a $15 dollar hair cut? Who is running this place? I am not paying for haircuts that haven’t even happened yet. And what if they get sick (as young kids often do this time of year) and I have to cancel? Do I just loose that money. I have never payed a deposit for a haircut and I never will. I guess I will be travelling to Oxford for haircuts from now on. Sorry for the rant, but this blew me away. I am genuinely shocked and I don’t understand how they can operate like this. I guess it’s my fault for giving them multiple chances, but there aren’t many options in tupelo.
