She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and answered all my questions professionally. I had my first appointment today at Shear Envy with Denise. I went in for a simple trim and walked out very happy. Sometimes in life even the simplest things can go wrong, so I am extremely grateful that I was taken care of so well today. The salon is clean an absolutely beautiful with lots of attention to detail everywhere. A very nice atmosphere, with very nice people. Thank you! ☺️

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable with skin care and products but she takes the time to get to know you and your skin concerns. I received an anti aging facial which was amazing. I was able to relax and let Shay perform her magic. My skin felt refreshed and tight afterwards and had such a youthful glow. This was definitely a wonderful “winter blues” pick me up♥️ My next treatment with Shay will be micro needling for my fine lines and I can’t wait. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Sammi for awhile now and I can’t say enough good things about her!! Not only is she soo incredibly talented but she’s so kind and pleasant to be around. Everything about that salon is just such a great atmosphere and a place you enjoy being. I even mentioned my daughter wanted some tinsel in her hair and she went and got all different kind of extensions for my daughter to pick. I’ve been getting lashes for years now and it’s insane how over priced some of these techs are. Shear Envy has such fair prices that I don’t mind treating myself (as we all should)! If you’ve been wanting to get your lashes done I highly recommend Sammi I didn’t just gain the best lash tech I gained a friend too!!

I made an appointment (confirmed via text message) to have a consultation with Shea for powder brows for today 2/7/2022 at 1:00. She did not show up. One of the employees contacted her and Shea had the nerve to ask if I could come back after 5:00. My time is valuable. I’ll find a salon who will want my business. Supposedly she is a new employee there. Not professional at all.
