Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI bought a Groupon and went in today expressing that I just wanted my bangs trimmed and my length of my hair trimmed I did not want any layers and I was very specific about that. I told the woman who did my hair several times I wanted my bangs at the bottom of my eyebrows and that my hair should all be one length and just the dead ends trimmed. However, she trim my bangs very short and also cut layers into my hair because she thought it would give more texture even though I told her specifically I did not want any layers. I am so upset I’ve been crying I hate my hair and I just cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the service. I bought a Groupon and went in today expressing that I just wanted my bangs trimmed and my length of my hair trimmed I did not want any layers and I was very specific about that. I told the woman who did my hair several times I wanted my bangs at the bottom of my eyebrows and that my hair should all be one length and just the dead ends trimmed. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a 10:30 apt and I showed up early (10:05). 2 gentlemen in front of me had an apt at 10 and Danielle (the owner) still hadn’t arrived. She showed up at 10:15 and took care of a little girl with her mother first. She was still cutting the little girls hair at 10:45 when I decided enough was enough and I will take my business elsewhere. Very poor time management. I had a 10:30 apt and I showed up early (10:05). 2 gentlemen in front of me had an apt at 10 and Danielle (the owner) still hadn’t arrived. She showed up at 10:15 and took care of a little girl with her mother first. She was still cutting the little girls hair at 10:45 when I decided enough was enough and I will take my business elsewhere. Very poor time management. Critical: QualityI was going here for my cuts and root touch-ups. Decided to treat myself to a color. The color was gorgeous. Was told if I needed a little more brown to come back in, well i needed a little more of the red/burgandy. Went back in and Dani proceeded to bleach it out and put red in there(which I thought it was pretty bright but she said that it will darken as it dries.) When it was done my hair was friggen orange/red. I got home and wanted to cry. Oh and she charged me 35.00 more for it. Had to run to another hairdresser that night to fix it. I was going here for my cuts and root touch-ups. Decided to treat myself to a color. The color was gorgeous. Was told if I needed a little more brown to come back in, well i needed a little more of the red/burgandy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy kids and I will not go anywhere else…my picky preteen will not let anyone else touch her hair LOL. Always takes her time and does an excellent job – whether its cuts, colors, or waxes. Super down to earth, comfortable atmosphere. Danielle does a great job and the prices are affordable.

My haircut is so short I have to wear as I’m so embarrassed. No time management skills. I was suppose to get my eyebrows waxed also.
