My boyfriend went to Juvy for a cut and color yesterday, for his mother’s WEDDING. Not only did she forget his appointment, she was doing her friend’s hair at the same time as she was doing his hair, barely paying any attention to him. She did such a poor job that I cannot even imagine going in there for my own hair. She completely botched it. It’s spotty, messy, the cut was mediocre, and she did not listen to anything my boyfriend said about how he wanted it to look. She did this to his hair and still expected him to pay $100 for a rushed and awful job. She hyped his hair up for what? I included pictures. First time going there, really unprofessional. I would give it 0 stars.
