Mallorie was absolutely fabulous and she took so much time on my hair and listened to all my ideas and wants. The prices are so reasonable and way cheaper than other Salons. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHORRIBLE! The owner talks very ugly about her clients in around new clients. She made the comment “the more so and so does this, the higher that price just keeps going up girl” I’m thinking…really? Mallorie, the one who colored my hair, does NOT know what she’s doing. Charged me 115 dollars for a nightmare. I was way better off going in than coming out. She also tried to charge me 20 MORE dollars for her own mistake. Left black hair color in my eyebrows (posting picture) for probably 20 minutes. I wanted it in for one or two. Didn’t even mix a level 4 with 5 like I asked on my hair period. When I first met Mallorie, I couldn’t stress enough to her how I did not want orange tones. There was a two inch gap in my roots of red where the blonde didn’t go all the way up. If you’re putting brown in at the last minute, you should at least pay attention to which color you’re placing it on top of…so that was the first trip. HORRIBLE! The owner talks very ugly about her clients in around new clients. She made the comment “the more so and so does this, the higher that price just keeps going up girl” I’m thinking…really?
