They have a very nice and clean ambience. The set up prioritizes flow so you go directly from washing to drying to styling. Clients can move around easily and safely without bumping into each other. They time your visit very well. Their professionalism and efficient customer service overcomes some obstacles like the language barrier. I personally don’t speak a lot of spanish so I can’t understand some of what they are telling me, but body language can communicate things like “turn around” or “sit here” pretty well. It’s not a huge deal so they do deserve a 5 star.
