Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueJess is the BEST!! I have not had my hair done professionally in about 10 years…I couldn’t keep spending significant money only to walk out with below par blonde hair. Unfortunately over the years I ended up spending a TON of money at Sally’s, and still I was never satisfied with the outcome (YouTube makes it look so dang easy…but it isn’t…) and those who are true colorists are AMAZING artists. Yesterday I walked away from my experience with Jess feeling beautiful & confident…and pleasantly shocked. My hair doesn’t lift easily and I knew it would take a very skilled stylist, but I also knew I would never be able to afford someone like that. I heard about Jess through a family member who decided she wanted to transition to her natural hair…I was floored because not only did it take 10 years off, but she came out of it with healthier hair and it was stunning. I made an appointment with Jess and almost canceled because I was super afraid (I knew the damage done during my last DIY bleaching session would make it extremely hard for Jess). I just can’t say enough, it wasn’t just about doing my hair, Jess listened to me,asked me a ton of questions about what I knew about my own hair, as well as what I was trying to achieve and I how I hoped it would grow out. The moment I sat down in Jess’s chair my nerves vanished! I never knew blonde hair could look so beautiful when wet…the moment she took the towel off I knew Jess was the most talented stylist I’ve ever met. I am definitely a customer for life and I plan to refer all my family/friends. The best part was the total cost for services…I still can’t believe the total amount!! After everything was said and done I would have paid double…actually triple…that’s how good my hair turned out!
