I’m so disappointed with my service. I was debating whether to write a review but since I have been dealing with this still for months I decided to warn others of having the same experience. I went to Jen or Jeni. She has been doing hair for awhile and I know people who go to her and like the services she provides. I ultimately trusted her with my hair. I wanted my roots touched up (pretty simple process). She said she could do it, right off the bat she was making me nervous. She acted like she drank 10 cups of coffee, she was all over the place running around. She ended up putting the bleach on my hair which is super thick in about 25 minutes. When my previous appointments elsewhere it was a lengthy process of about 3 hours. She then put me under the dryer which I was hesitant about, I was probably under there for 10 minutes because I think she forgot about me. I had to get up out from under the dryer because it was burning the top of my head. She finally washes me out and starts brushing my hair and asked me if it was normal for me to lose this much hair after getting it done. Not being able to see the back of my head I said yes it is normal for me to lose some hair. She then blowed dried my hair and charged me and I went home. At home I looked at my hair and realized chunks throughout had fallen out, I brushed my hair and it was coming out in clumps. She ruined my hair, which is something I take a lot of value in, for MONTHS my hair was breaking off and falling out. I lost about 1/3 of my hair and thickness because of this horrible service. What really upsets me is the fact that she was looking down at my head in the salon so there is no way she could not see the clumps that had broken off and she decided to stay silent. AND STILL CHARGED ME. Says a lot about her character and morals. Don’t waste your time with this woman she is not worth it. I should have went in there after but I was too upset and didn’t want any more interaction with this woman. Sickens me she made me pay to ruin my hair.

I told my stylist I wanted an ombre from my natural brown color to blonde, and I definitely did not get that. There are random chunks of blonde and the rest is a weird red color. She also cut weird layers in my hair. The pictures of my “finished” hair are on my profile.

After a bit of a rocky start, and an issue with the way my wife’s hair was done, they called my wife up and offered to redo it for free. My wife is very happy with her hair now, and I am satisfied with the way they handled the situation. Emily made sure my wife was happy this time, and restored the confidence my wife had there. 9/10 would recommend.

As I was reading through some of the nasty reviews its obvious some of these ppl have no idea what goes into coloring. You cannot come in Anywhere with black hair and expect to be blonde in one visit. I have always went here and have had different people do my hair every time and it always comes out beautiful. I have never been in a salon that has so many talented and amazing stylist. I love this place and I always recommend it to others that ask where they should get their hair colored. Best salon in town.
