Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for a trim and bangs and the lady BUTCHERED my hair. She used some sort of thinning razor when I did not ask for it. She cut my bangs way uneven and did horrible layering. I did not ask for layering . She chopped my sisters hair uneven and did very choppy layers. One side was to her shoulders and the other was under her armpit. I wish this was an exaggeration, but sadly I am not.Worst haircut of my life and my sister cried for hours. We had to go pay for another hair cut. On top of it, she was very rude and refused to wash our hair before cutting. Needless to say, my hair is ruined and I will be trying to grow it out for months.
