Absolutely horrible. If i could leave 0 stars I would have. I walked into the salon at 2:43pm and was not greeted or anything. One of the hair stylists looked up and saw me and smiled so I know that she saw me. I waited for the all 3 different gair stylists to get done with their current clients and after each client walked out of the salon I still got no acknowledgement. I continued to sit there waiting for one of them to ask me what I would like done with my hair and still continued to get ignored. At 4:05pm I got up and walked out of the salon without ever being talked to or acknowledged by any of the workers. No where on their doors or windows did it say anything about appointment only. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do NOT go here.
