Not happy. Did not know how to prepare hair for a donation. She almost cut below the pony tail and lost the hair. She also charged me $60 after donating. I’m sure it varies from place to place, but most don’t charge if you donate. I THINK her name was something like Emma or Emily. I should have said something sooner; this is a late review.

Travis totally saved the day! I had gone to a different shop and they’d done a chop job on my hair. With my birthday party and wedding portraits that weekend, a bad haircut just wouldn’t do. Thankfully, Travis had time to deal with the situation and make my hair look amazing. Within an hour of leaving the shop, I’d already started recommending Shear Design.
