Becky is awesome! I have thin hair and haven’t let anyone touch my hair for a good 15 years! Don’t trust anyone to do it right! But I couldn’t do the look I wanted myself so researched a bunch of places, she is awesome! So happy! My hair looks amazing!

Love this place! The owner Dana is always so kind and helpful. My sweet stylist Janie always does exactly what I want and takes her time . Janie really listens to what you would like and can make your hair look like any picture that you find. Very talented stylists here. Great experience would highly recommend!

I came here on a recommendation from my friend and her mom who have both gone to the owner Dana for years. My hair isn’t easy. And I’m particular. Having said that, Dana always, ALWAYS does a perfect job and with minimal direction from me. I honestly trust her eye even more than I do my own. I love what she does for my hair!!!

First of all I left a bad review for Hair Therapy Salon and the review should have been Cost Cutters in Vinton beside Big Lots. Google says I have been to places that I have not. When I saw a hair salon review request come up, I immediately thought it was the place that did me wrong. I have talked to someone who has been to Hair Therapy and they love the place and employees. There are so many places to get haircuts in that area and Google’s GPS is wrong a lot. I truly apologize to Hair Therapy, but Cost Cutters stink in every way possible.

The older hair stylist messed up my sister’s hair color and still charged her for it. Then I spoke to her and she agreed to cut my sister’s hair at a later date. My sister went in today and woman literally sniped the scissors four times. Didn’t properly cut her hair, didn’t layer it, and now she has a chunk missing. The stylist was also acting weird, like she was on drugs or something. I’m taking my sister my hair stylist. No one in my family will ever come back. Beware if you do choose to go here.
