Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueBRIDES BEWARE. While Anna may have done a great job of my makeup and hair at our trial, she lacks professionalism and dependability that one seeks on their wedding day. Anna got a flat tire heading back from a trip (that she told me she was coming back from 3 days prior) literally at 11pm the night before my wedding. I texted her my room number as I paid extra for her to come onsite and she waited almost 2 hours with a BS text saying she won’t be able to make it. No phone call. Nothing. I woke up at 5:30am the next day on my wedding day to a text saying she won’t make it. No apology, no phone call. Truly the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had working with a vendor. BRIDES BEWARE. While Anna may have done a great job of my makeup and hair at our trial, she lacks professionalism and dependability that one seeks on their wedding day.
