She can always give me exactly what I want even when I don’t exactly know what I want. I have been seeing Deanna for over 13 years now, and she is the only person I will trust with my hair. She is talented with color as well as cuts and stays up to date on the newest techniques and trends. She does a fabulous job with my hair, which is fine and doesn’t hold color well. She’s always open to trying new things and makes great suggestions when I’m feeling stuck in a rut. Her salon is warm and friendly with great product lines and I appreciate the laid back, inviting, non-snobby atmosphere. You’ll usually find Deanna’s mom, Deb, taking care of the front desk and her sweet little dogs are often hanging around too, making for a comfortable, family atmosphere. I’ve occasionally seen other stylists at her salon when I’m on a time crunch and they are all wonderful, but Deanna always tries to go above and beyond to squeeze me in in short notice. What I love appreciate most about Deanna is that she cares not only about my hair, but about me. We’ve become good friends, and going to see her lifts my mood more than a therapy session! She has shown me so much kindness over the years and has the biggest heart. All of her services are guaranteed – if you’re not happy she’ll make it right. I’ve only had to go back for an adjustment maybe twice in 13 years, so it’s rare that it’s needed, but her commitment to customer service is wonderful. Go see Deanna and her team – they are worth every penny!

I have curly hair, and Jenny has been the first hairdresser I’ve found in a long time that cuts my hair perfectly every time. I have been going to see Deanna at Shear Brilliance for 4 years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair cut. I have curly hair, and I like to wear a shorter hair style so it is a challenge to find a hair stylist who can deliver on what I want. Deanna takes the time to work with me to find new styles and is always willing to try something new with me, but it always ends up looking amazing. Deanna is also incredibly picky about the other stylists she hires, so no matter who else you see there you will be satisfied with the outcome. The salon itself is always clean and inviting, and has a unique atmosphere in a historic building on Mulberry Street. So glad I found Deanna and Shear Brilliance in Fort Collins, I would recommend this salon to anyone!
