Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueApprox. 3 weeks ago my wife had an appointment for a perm. While she was getting her perm done, she noted that the stylist did not do some of the usual things she noticed other styilsts at different salons doing (most notably, using timers when at certian steps of the procedure). Since her appointment, we have had to spend a whole lot of time and money attempting to repair the damage done to her hair by a lack of attention to detail. She had to go to a differnent salon to get her hair cut (over 5″ of hair had to come of due to being dead). The hair was so damaged that there was no helping it and it had to be cut off because of how fried it was. If it were possible I’d be getting my money back for the perm because she didn’t recieve a perm, she recieved a hair frying.Edit in reply to the owner: you can do yourself a favor and delete my wife’s name from your reply. Furthermore: your calling out someone who is in the same industry and questioning their way of doing their work shows a total lack of professionalism in my opinion. It’s good to know the quality of work and professionalism of your establishment before further damage was done to her hair. Approx. 3 weeks ago my wife had an appointment for a perm. While she was getting her perm done, she noted that the stylist did not do some of the usual things she noticed other styilsts at different salons doing (most notably, using timers when at certian steps of the procedure).
