She pays attention to the details, is very skillful in her styling technique, and cares my hair with good product. Her price is very reasonable, not like other salons charging expensive rate. I found Kim about 10 years ago out of another random hair place. I had recently gotten the absolute worst hair cut in my life. She was gentle and kind and helped me through it and I have been with her since. Even when she moved to Woodinville for a bit, I was faithful. Now that she has her own shop in beautiful downtown Redmond, I could not be happier. The wax, the wash, the cut ,the style…very very satisfied customer!!

Honestly, best haircut I’ve ever had at 26 years old. I typically go and get a haircut a week or two before I have some event coming up so that is has time to grow into the haircut, so to speak, because I was use to it not being done properly and have it even itself out over time.
