Critical: ProfessionalismI came in yesterday with my mom. I wanted all over color, to brighten up the color that Tiffani had done for me previously, and a trim. My color was extremely splotchy and the cut was uneven. I was extremely sad and disappointed. After talking to my mom and Tiffani, who was working on my mom’s hair, Tiffani suggested to the stylist that did my hair that we should redo part of the process. After sitting through another round of color depositing shampoo and another haircut, my color was more even but my hair was still jagged. Tiffani recut my hair free of charge. I came in yesterday with my mom. I wanted all over color, to brighten up the color that Tiffani had done for me previously, and a trim. My color was extremely splotchy and the cut was uneven.
