I found my new forever-salon! Such a cute place tucked in this plaza. The ambiance is great, the salon is clean, and not to mention my haircut and color was completely on-point! Great value for your money. My stylist showed me how to get my look and explained how to handle my hair. I liked to see the products that were used on me were available for purchase and not to mention they explained to me how and why to use them and what will work best for me. I’ll be going back! Shear Bella is a beautiful salon full of amazingly talented Stylists. Monique has been doing my hair for a few years now and I jut adore her. She is talented, personable and professional. The environment is very comfortable and welcoming and the prices are reasonable and in tune with Flagstaff. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueK did a horrible job not only did she use the wrong colors for covering the grey roots and a small amount of highlights, my hairdresser texted her to tell her how she did my coloring giving her the colors for the roots and highlights and told her if she needed to ask questions to not hesitate to text or call. I movef out to Flagstaff AZ from OC California and had to give up my hair stylist of many years. I met Alicia and I felt like I have known her forever.
