Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in with the worst color job imaginable from another high end salon. I wrote Jessey in the middle of the night on Facebook in tears. I was stuck in a hat because the dye job was horrendous. Jessey squeezed me in as an emergency appointment the next morning and spent 4 hours color correcting and babying my hair to avoid breakage. I had platinum blonde 2 days ago, the 1st salon I asked to balayage it and it looked like someone sponged my hair with black and grey and brown. (I did give the other salon a chance to fix and it first- but it was worse the 2nd time!) Jessey put in soo much effort and fixed 1 section at a time. I am soo thankful for my beautiful hair and its exactly what I asked for in the first place. And actually resembles the photo I brought in for reference. I went in with the worst color job imaginable from another high end salon. I wrote Jessey in the middle of the night on Facebook in tears. I was stuck in a hat because the dye job was horrendous. Jessey squeezed me in as an emergency appointment the next morning and spent 4 hours color correcting and babying my hair to avoid breakage.
