My husband walked in without an appt, and the stylist was able to squeeze him inbetween appts. His hair was closing in on his shoulders and she buzzed it to a 3 on the sides with top heavy for less than $20. Unfortunately, I don’t recall names, but genuinely everyone was friendly, so you can’t go wrong conversing with any of the staff.

I originally used to go to La te da salon in Fort Myers, but the stylist I went to abruptly left and it’s been a challenge to find a stylist that knew what they were doing. I met someone who recommended this salon and Janet did an amazing job on my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel confident again, leaving the salon with a hairstyle that I love. I tried salons in the area that would charge up to $80 to just cut my hair and I was so unhappy when I would go home. This was the first time in a very long time that I was actually happy leaving the salon. I already made an appointment for my next haircut. Thanks shear attitude and thanks Janet. I love my haircut.

I never used to use the same person to cut my hair. I never went somewhere that would be called a salon. For 18 bucks my hair looks great. Janet always does a great job. I also probably annoy them because I drop in. But I usually can find a time with Janet.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed in our service at this salon, especially with Reno, the stylist we used. Both of us had one previous appointment with Reno, with OK, but not great results. Yesterday, my wife had an appointment with Reno for hair coloring, and the salon made an error in her appointment time. When she arrived at the time that had been scheduled, the receptionist said her appointment had been for a half hour earlier, which we know was not correct, and they could not take her. She asked to speak to Reno, her stylist, but he would not come out to see her. The receptionist said they would call to reschedule, but when she did call, they said there is no availability. My wife asked to speak to Reno, but he would not come to the phone, nor would the manager of the salon when my wife asked to speak to that person. This is lousy customer service and shows no respect for the customer. We will never use this salon again and recommend that it be avoided at all costs.
