Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTerrible customer service. Complete disregard for the clients time. The first time I went here they had double booked, which I understand is common practice in salons, but if you’re going to do that you need to time it appropriately. A simple root touch-up took way longer than it should have. Not a great first impression. A year later I decide to book another appointment. This time the same stylist cancels two days before my appointment through DM on Instagram. She suggests a different date, I respond back to her an hour later asking her availability on another day, and here it is four days later and I have yet to hear back from her.Terrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Complete disregard for the clients time. The first time I went here they had double booked, which I understand is common practice in salons, but if you’re going to do that you need to time it appropriately.
