I walked into Shear Artistry to book a nail appointment. I was informed that they don’t have a manicurist even though the website says that they do. The receptionist was so nice that she gave me recommendations for three nail salons. Talk about great customer service!

She got us in with the same stylist within 2 days. We were a little nervous going to a strange place. We were very welcomed and our stylist Billie was perfect for us. Very friendly and did an amazing job especially having never seen us before. Once again thanks to the receptionist for putting us in good hands, she was amazing also. Sure made us feel better when we got there. Absolutely amazing experience!!! The salon is very nice inside and out. My appointment was with Charlotte. She is an absolute professional and knows exactly what she is doing when she cuts and colors hair. I have had so many awful experiences and explained that to her and she made me feel so comfortable. Charlotte explained step by step what she was doing and made sure I was happy with how my haircut was going. Never, have I felt like so welcome, listened too, and like a friend of hers. She gave me the most beautiful haircut of my life.

I am new to the area and am so glad I decided to try this place out. The staff were very friendly and got me an appointment with Ellie last minute. She was fantastic! Super nice and fun to talk to. She took her time and discussed the best cut for me when I, myself, wasn’t sure what would suit me. Even getting my hair washed felt like a luxury head massage lol. Best haircut I have gotten in a while and I hope to return for a color or makeup session in the future!

Tonight Jenny cut my hair. The best hair cut I have ever had. She listened to me and gave me serious feedback. She made sure my cut was even and beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend Jenny. If you’re looking a hair cut or like in my case someone to fix a previous scary haircut, make an appointment with Jenny! I will only be making appointments her from now on!
