I guess she didn’t understand how I wanted my hair cut…It was medium length and she cut it short. I have never had a cut the way she cut it. She grabbed hair and cut it. Each side is a different length. I’m going to let it go for a couple weeks, then go elsewhere to get it straighten out. Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut

I will never go anywhere else. Serenity is the only stylist who will ever touch my hair. She is fabulous. She did my hair for my wedding and I absolutely loved it. This place is great, but I would NOT suggest Lillian because she has made 4 of my family member cry after getting their hair done with her.
