The ladies at She Nails are very kind and patient! They did a great job on my nails. I’m excited to come back again in the future for a manicure. The beginning I was scared of the outcome but the end the nails drastically changed, I was very impressed. Dip powder

I’ve been going here for many years and will not go anywhere else. I live in Erie and appreciate having them nearby. They are always friendly, polite, professional and do a great job. I usually get just a pedicure and usually walk in. Sometimes I wait a few minutes, but usually I can get right in and started. I love how my nails look and how long they last; I can go a month but tend to go every 3 weeks or so. I’m surprised how long the pedicure looks good. I highly recommend this place.

Have been coming here for years. I absolutely love the staff and they always do such a wonderful job. The salon is always clean and everyone is so nice. I went to this nail salon on a whim! I had the right side of my toenail cut so short it’s causing pain! Honestly my tech was fine…. And so was my daughter but my daughters had someone else finish hers. Had some other guy come finish and nothing was communicated, all of a sudden her tech got up and sat at a different station and some other guy just came over without saying anything to her and finished up her top coat… she’s 8 and was all of a sudden very uncomfortable and confused. A simple “this is “…” he’s going to finish up” would have been appreciated. Over all…no, we won’t go back.

I tried this place out bc it had such good reviews but my experience was terrible. After sitting almost 2 hours for my shellac manicure, they realized during the top coat application that they had used regular polish, not shellac, and had to start over. Gave 2 stars bc the owner tried to make it right by giving me $5 off. Probably won’t be returning here again for lack of knowledge. Nails don’t look right, even after all that time.

They didn’t understand what we wanted. Simple French manicures. One lady started yelling and throwing a fit about doing our nails she we left. Won’t be coming back.

I can’t say enough great things! I took my daughter in for her fourth birthday. Not only did we get beautiful pedicures, but they gave my daughter a big plate of treats for her birthday. It was so nice! They have two kids pedicure chairs, which is supe fun. The service was friendly and professional. The facility was clean. This is our go-to spot.
