I can’t say enough great things about Sophie James! Especially Sarah S, she is the utmost professional, she takes such time and care at your appointment. She considers all angles of your hair…how many processes do you use, how you wear it most often, how often you get it re-done. I get compliments on my hair cut and color even when I’m overdue!! The space is so bright and fresh and welcoming, it’s always a great experience!

Jordan was fantastic and my was able to recreate exactly what I had showed from pictures, while giving me advice on what would look best with my own hair. Love coming to She is Sofie James and seeing Alexandra for my haircuts. While I no longer live in Southie, I still make the trek because she and the whole team at the salon are just that great. They treat all patrons with above and beyond care that a simple haircut feels like a spa experience. The entire vibe of the salon is fresh, inviting, cleans and pristine. You’ll always walk away looking your best and that’s what they really care about.
