I’ve had bad experiences when it comes to my hair and it traumatized me .. today that changed I walked in a new client the owner greeted me with a warm welcome .. Critical: ProfessionalismI set an appointment for today at 10am and someone contacted me the day of saying she’s canceling my appointment because she’s out of town I feel as if I shouldn’t have been able to book if that was the case and I should have been told they day i booked the appointment.
