Usually don’t leave reviews but my experience was awful. I waited about 15 minutes to get an eyebrow wax. The two employees that were working, had clients. Once the lady got up to wax my eyebrows, the manicurist (I’m not sure of his name) proceeded to tell me to sit back down and the lady nails he was doing was in front of me. Mind you, he was still doing her nails. Once I stated that I have been waiting and that I had somewhere to be, he got an attitude. So I just left and he said “I don’t care, just leave”. The staff is very unprofessional and the environment/supplies are not the cleanest. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Okay spot. Staff (older female), not friendly and didn’t speak/talk unless I said something. I dud not like the overall experience there. I only requested a fill in overlay which was just ok. She did follow my instructions/desire. I’m not sure if I’ll return, because I was next door getting my can serviced for a road trip. Would not recommend. Sorry!

Melinda is rude as hell, she have zero customer service skills what do ever! When you tell her what you want she tell you what she’s gonna do instead of what you ask for and get an attitude when you tell her no. I will not be going back to this place ever I don’t see how they are even still in business with customer service like this with it only being the same two people working here. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

I had my eyebrows waxed on Monday and this is the result three days later. The older lady that waxed them is not friendly but she usually does a decent job since Shayla left. The wax was put on too low on my lids and she ripped my skin off. I hope there is no scarring. Needles to say, I will not be returning.

I LOVE this place! Great customers service & attentive. Need your eyebrows done go see Shayla, she do them once & you will be hooked. Need your nails done see Kathy, if she’s busy you can see the other nail techs. Need your feet done this is the place for you because not only did the tech scrubbed my feet she also massaged them and my legs, she had my feet looking & feeling like a million bucks.

I am very happy with the time spent on my pedicure. The vibe was calming, the message chair did it’s job, lol. The lady not only did a great job on my Gel French Manicure, she did a deep message on my calf’s and feet then finished them off with hot towels. It was all needed and appreciated. Thank you. I am not sure of the ladies name who did my pedi; I will learn her name at my next appointment.

Be ready to wait…Nails look nice but tech took 2 smoke breaks while doing my nails. Eyebrows were waxed way too thin. I love the work, but the speed at which they work requires a full free 3 hours, which I rarely have. I enjoy the service when I can. ♀️

DO NOT GO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE! The lady literally took almost all my eyebrows off and thinned them out so bad. Ever since Shayla left it isn’t the same. Definitely do not recommend.
