Dr. Ruziev, Donovan and everyone there are truly amazing! The first time I contacted them they talked to me so openly and how there mission is to help everyone be healthy and feel the absolute best you can be. I work in a hospital setting and these people seemed to good to be true. Was I ever wrong! They have shown more dedication, kindness, professionalism and all around friendship then I have ever experienced. I am 57 years old and after all my life of not eating properly and severe health issues, I knew I needed a change. Donovan is the best at helping you get on the right path with nutrition. Dr. Ruziev is more then amazing! These people truly want what is best for you; they stand by you and encourage you every step of the way. What helps me is I feel accountable to them and that has brought me to a weight I never thought I would see again.
