Tried to get my son’s hair cut here. Had an appointment scheduled several days in advance. Received several text confirmations of time. When we arrived the person up front said it would be a “few minutes.” 20 minutes later went up and checked again. Person said sorry someone was late earlier and had thrown off the appointments for the day. I’m not sure what that had to do with me nor why they couldn’t call me to warn me so I didn’t rush over to sit there after an incredibly long day of work, with a very tired child. Gave them 5 more minutes and then left. Recommendation to the barber would be to walk over to customer, say you’re sorry and you are going to be 25 minutes or later than expected. Ask customer if you’d like to reschedule or run errands, get dinner and return later? Don’t just let me sit there for 25 minutes and ignore me and my child when I drove 20 minutes to get to you. Barber never acknowledged or said one word to me.
