I went here to get my lashes tinted and incidentally, the tint did not hold well at all. It was my first time having a service done here and although the tinting didn’t work out how I was hoping, I was very appreciative of their customer service and professional concern for my satisfaction. Lauren took the time to talk to me about my concern and was very polite about helping me resolve it. Good experiences certainly matter, but how businesses handle a complaint is even more telling of their professionalism — and Lauren handled mine beautifully. I’ll be back to try again soon.
