It’s Monday. The signs states the shop will be open at 8:30am. I arrived at 9:15am, the shop is still not open. I waited until 10:15am and the shop is still closed. I asked one of the owners of the adjacent shops if the barbershop was permanently closed. The business owner stated the barbershop opens whenever the barber gets there. Sometimes he gets there an hour or two or three after the times listed on the store front.
