I barely ever do reviews unless I need to, and sharp design studio definitely deserves this one. I’ve been to 2 salons before this one and this was the first time I’ve walked out the salon actually feeling beautiful, confident, and excited about my hair and how I looked. The stylist are the sweetest and informed me on what they were doing to my hair and why they were doing it. So many people compliment me on my hair and I instantly recommend them to this salon. Friendly, clean, and very professional. My new go to place and I already scheduled for my next appointment.

Went to the wrong location that they had on Google and then couldn’t come in later because they had supposedly a full schedule, not to mention my request for an appointment didn’t get answered until 22 minutes before it was supposed to be scheduled. No deposit back not to mention I paid for expensive parking in Olympia, and that’s after driving all the way out there. Can’t rate the service because didn’t have time to make my appointment because they have neglected to change their address, so this is just a review on my experience dealing with this but they were kind and never rude I guess.

Was on my way to my appointment and looked up the directions on google maps and it took me to Olympia which was apparently their old location. I called and asked if they can move me to the next 30 min and they said they couldn’t get me in that same day even though online it showed full availability. No deposit back. They should make sure the directions to their store is correct, I’m sure many others made the same mistake. I drove 40 min to Olympia, and paid for parking for no reason.

Love Wynee Sharp at Sharp Design! She is professional, always on time & fun too. My hair is the perfect color & cut and when the bangs get too long, in a few weeks, she does a free trim! Just make a lil appt! Easy breezy! I always get compliments on my hair now & people ask me where do I go – Love it there!
