I got my little girls first haircut here yesterday., she’s 4. She had very uneven hair from where she hadn’t gotten a haircut in her whole life. The hairstylist went above and beyond. She was so patient and sweet. She got on her knees to be able to get the best results for her hair. I really recommend. I didn’t catch her name but she is a younger woman with orange hair. Possibly new there because I haven’t seen her there before.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis place ruined my hair. I went in for a simple haircut asked for a fade on the sides of my hair and a simple three on the top. She proceeds to give me a full military buzz cut almost cutting away all of my hair. My guess is that she messed up in some way and decided to just give me this type of haircut. The review is based solely on customer service. I have been here about 5 times and every time they’ve done a great job of cutting my hair. I know on Sundays they are always a little busy and I expect a wait. They close about 4pm and I got there a little after 2pm. There were only 2 stylists that day. It was already 4pm and I was still waiting which I did not mind. But what go me upset was they let another customer go before me that had gotten there after me. I had a sense the customer was in a hurry and was waiting anxiously as I was. I know there wasn’t a call ahead because the customer signed up just as I had. I assumed she was friends with the stylist because conversation immediately began and I was skipped over. I had an event at 5:30 so I had to leave with no haircut. Unfortunately I will not return and I live literally right down the street which is very convenient. I’m not sure if this is a local business but I would have loved to support them if they were. Maybe I should have gotten there earlier or maybe I should have said something but what happened wasn’t a mistake but more of friend over client situation. If you choose to go, go another day and not 2 hours before closing for a simple men’s haircut.

I waited for two hours just to receive a bad hair cut the lady that was cutting my hair was clearly not focused in what she was doing and had no idea what she was doing, she kept looking at the door at the people coming in while she was cutting my hair. Other lady was cutting a young’s man hair she clearly didn’t know what she was doing either cause she asked the lady that was cutting my hair to finish her job I heard the young man complaining that she had cut it wrong, the lady rushed to cut my hair so she could help the other lady I discovered my whole hair was uneven. I usually cut my hair with Nelly but she wasn’t available I wish I would’ve waited. Clearly they hire some people that have no idea what their doing so be careful who you cut your hair with I recommend Nelly she never disappoints if she’s not available I recommend you waiting.

Service was horrible no greetings as we walked in sat and waited for 45 mins exactly , Nelly comes and says (mind u after 45 mins of being there waiting ) I am not able to do your guys hair we close in a hour and still have a familly ahead of you .
