She knows exactly where your issues are and what to do to improve your functioning and mobility in those areas. I have been going to see Sharon for over a year. She has a strong grip but also a gentle touch. She’s also a great listener! If you tell her your pains, sensitivities, and any goals you have, she will be sure to give you what you need. I sleep better now with less back pain thanks to her. I started going every two weeks, and now I go once a month. She helped me work through muscular issues & improve my flexibility, and now I can maintain it through stretching and a monthly visit.
