I am a licensed massage therapist with almost 30 years of experience. I can help you to resolve muscular tensions and imbalances before they become a chronic and painful issue. Therapeutic Massage is excellent for stress relief, preventative care and body maintenance. Research has shown that regular massage therapy can help you to reduce or avoid multiple health problems. I strive to offer the best possible individualized massage therapy and facial treatments for each of my clients in a safe, warm and friendly environment. Each anti-cellulite cupping massage session is customized for maximum effect on every individual client to provide full benefits. Combination Cardio / Strength Training Sessions
The Combination Personal Training Session incorporates both Cardiovascular work and Strength Training. We start with 1/2 hour of Aerobic activity which can be either Step Aerobics, Low-impact Aerobics, or Treadmill Challenge. Then we spend an hour doing a full body strength training workout followed by passive assisted stretching. (packages available for discounted price)		$60.00

Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage 1 hour
This type of massage works on chronic muscle tension or injury because there are usually adhesions in muscles. These adhesions create constrictions which result in body pain by blocking circulation, limiting movement or range of motion and causing inflammation. The intention of deep tissue bodywork is to break down adhesions and therefore increase circulation, help relieve pain and restore normal range of motion		$65.00
