Knowing that it was back to school I knew this place would be busy. Our stylist name is Kenna she welcomed us in telling us she’ll be with shortly. My son played the Xbox offered by the stylist as we waited. She then introduced herself to my son asking what kind of hair cut did he have in mind he then explained & she made it picture perfect. My son was very satisfied with his haircut & style letting me know he wants to return for his next haircut.

We have used another location before and not had the best experiences so we were hesitant to try this location when we moved here in the last month. Everyone was so sweet, the place was so clean and my 2.5 year old was treated with patience and kind, loving words throughout the whole haircut. If i could give this store no stars i would. Had my appointment set up today at 1:15 came literally only 7 minutes late. Receptionist told me they wouldn’t be able to give my son a hair cut because we were late & the stylist was going to lunch? First wouldn’t think a hair cut would only be 7 minutes for her having to go to lunch after. Horrible service was very disappointing coming back. Racist group of workers, will never recommend to anyone.

My son loves getting his haircut here. He loves the firetruck. Jacqui was really sweet and confident in cutting my sons hair. Althought the place seemed hectic and crowded Jacqui made us feel like we were the only ones there. The focus was on us only. I think Candace cut his hair the second time she seemed a little nervous but still did great. Christina cut and styled my daughters long hair. She added layers and thinned it out. My daughter can now easily brush her hair. Nail painting is included with the haircut. Free lollipop and balloon. The atmosphere is a little rushed and crowded sometimes but its clean and provides a basket of toys for the kids while you wait which isnt a long wait. This salon is better than other kids salons because the staff aknowledges you and smiles which makes a big difference. Thank you ladies. Get your kids first haircut here. It will be fun for the both of you.

Loved being able to book online. They were fairly close to the actual appointment time. Deluxe treatment for boys and girls so both kids enjoyed it significantly! Since our appointment was late, we got to see their end of day clean up and they are really, really thorough and clean. Great ownership and atmosphere.

The lady that did my daughter’s hair did an amazing job. It was my daughter’s first hair cut and they made her feel comfortable as well as did exactly what I asked them to do. Highly recommend for there wonderful professional, quality of work, and atmosphere. They also have a first haircut package that was well worth it. Comes with a lock of hair,picture, certificate, and balloon, I’m a sentimental mom so it meant a lot. Will definitely be going back.
