We love Sharkey’s! My son got a botched haircut and they fixed it beautifully! They did such an amazing job! The staff listen and care about their customers, doing a good job, and providing good service. We will be coming back for his next haircut and I’m bringing my other kiddos here too!

My son is ASD , at first I didn’t even think he’ll get in the chair. It took 3 min, some yelling and he sat on his dads lap and stayed still. Tessa was amazing! So gentle, patient and talented. My Kid had his head down most time and she managed to finesse his cut. The whole time she was cheering him on, and I’m guessing it made him feel good cause he sat there for the first time in 6 years and got his hair cut. As a mom with a child with ASD this was a big accomplishment. I’m so happy with my decision, I’m so happy the autism network referred me to this place. My son will be a regular here. I’m so grateful for Tessa and the rest of the crew for all there help.

What a great experience for his first haircut! So many cool chairs for little ones to sit in (we got the Batmobile!) and a TV for him to watch kids shows! Was worried about his behavior but Ms Margo was amazing! Comforted him but wasn’t taking any nonsense. I flew my helicopter away and let her work…and got exactly what we wanted. Will be returning for sure! Staff overall welcoming and kind.

Booked an appointment days in advance for my son who is need of a haircut pretty badly. Never been there before, just clicked “next available stylist.” Confirmed appointment yesterday. Just got off the phone with them after they called to basically cancel my appointment. Supposedly the stylist I “selected” is double booked and “won’t even be there tomorrow.” Nothing available, can I reschedule for another day? Or I can try walking in but we can’t guarantee anything.

I like going to Sharkey’s. They have never rushed through a cut, always ask my thoughts during my son’s hair cut, and my son always leaves happy. I would definitely recommend going to Sharkey’s if you have younger children.

Sad to see this location going downhill, as it use to be a great local spot for us to bring our boys. The ladies at the front were very unprofessional and just talking with one another and leaving customers hanging. When they would happen to engage they were very short and inconvenienced and gave me the rudest stares while my wrong card declined and I realized I had to switch to my new card. I really hope others aren’t getting these experiences.

We have just moved to the area and my kiddos needed haircuts super bad. We booked the night before our appointment and got a message that morning that our stylist was out sick. The squeezed my kiddos in and did a great job. They were fast and kept my kiddos entertained. My oldest has autism and the stylist was great with him. We will for sure be coming back
