Julie is so rude. There is hair all over my daughter’s shirt and pants, which makes her very itchy and uncomfortable. Julie saw it and did nothing. I went to help the child clean to make her feel better. After washing the hair, my daughter returned to the seat and saw that the seat was full of hair and did not want to sit on it. Not only did Julie not clean up the hair, but she also told my daughter very angrily that“ this is your hair, not someone else’s hair. ” Then I went over and slapped the hair off the seat. She saw me in action, and then came to help with a hair dryer. She did not cut my daughter’s hair neatly, I went over and told her she was still being unkind. However, the front desk is nice.

Sharkey’s has a fantastic set up: clean, lots of chairs varying from simple barber chair to cars themed for Frozen to Cars, TV per chair with Netflix/YouTube/Xbox, and the best part… friendly staff that always takes extra steps to make the haircut extra special. Great service, friendly staff and a set up that is conducive to making it easier for parents to get their toddlers hair cut. We did a father & son package for my husband and 2 year old son. Julie cut their hair, she was very patient and gentle with my son, he was happy around her. Hygiene and Covid-19 protocols were well maintained. I recommend them 10 /10 for the little ones.

The staff is kind and the kids love it (there’s lollipops, balloons, video games, tv, and a little nail salon station). The quality of the haircut is honestly all over the place though. I give the same picture for my son every time… sometimes it’s great, sometimes there are clear blending issues and it might only resemble the picture if I squint and turn my head sideways. It’s never so bad that it’s a “shave it all off” situation but if you find a stylist you like take note and book with them specifically!

Apart from alluring arrangements (fancy Car seating, games, lollypops etc) to keep the kids engaged, a nice Haircut is what is missing here. Haircut is all over the place. I tried taking a special package (Dad and Son) and was utterly disappointed with the hair cut we both received. The hair stylist was rushing and did an awful job.

My girls started school this past Monday and I took them to get hair cuts the day before. The entire experience was super cute. My girls felt pampered! After their cut, they got their hair braided and nails painted. It was a great way to celebrate their new school year. This is def going to be our new place to get hair cuts! A huge thanks to the staff who worked SOO hard that day. It was a very busy day but they worked so effortlessly!

We were asked via text to come early to a 3:30 pm appt while we were driving. I responded that we were about 8 minutes out and as we were pulling into the parking lot (@ 3:26) we received another text that someone had walked in and our appt had been pushed back. Thankfully, they did honor our time and sat us accordingly. However, the stylist cut our little one’s ear with the trimmers. This would not have been a big deal if they mentioned it to me (he was moving). Instead, the stylist tried to put some type of cream on his ear without me noticing. It was only until I saw blood on her hands did I get up and see the ear that wasn’t facing me was bleeding. I didn’t want a discount, I wanted them to be upfront about cutting his ear and absolutely did not want something put on it without my knowledge. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
