This was where we went to for our sons first haircut! He is currently 1 year & 3 months! I showed Naz pictures of my friends son and that eventually I would want my son to have a drop fade style, so she tapered the sides and trimmed his bangs, he was a bit squirmy but she did not get impatient and allowed my baby to take breaks.

Keisha was wonderful with my (just barely) 2 year old son! He had some trouble with the cape and she was so patient with him and let me hold him while she put it on. She got him all set up with his favorite movie and really took her time to make everything even. She even got my daughter set up with her own movie even though she wasn’t getting a haircut. Great service! My son looks so handsome and we will definitely be coming back!

We had a great experience with Keisha! My 2.5 year old hates hair cuts & is terrified of the clippers. She had him at ease from the moment he sat in his Lightning McQueen chair & even was able to use the clippers on him. This has been the best hair cut experience we’ve had & we’re so glad to have a kids cut salon so close to home now!

Love Keisha! Took my 1 year old to her and she knew just what to do, she let him watch his show and was like a hair ninja cutting his hair. Came back the next week with my 5 year old and she helped me figure out what was wrong with her hair!!! The summer of swimming dried it out completely, now I’ve got a spray and shine product and will be using conditioner daily. Thank you for the all the hair love! We will be back!

I will definitely come here again, but I will be requesting Keisha. She is amazing, I always struggled with having my son’s haircut cut, he cries alot and throws tantrums, other salons make me feel uncomfortable. With Keisha, my experience was amazing. She let my son choose his seat (even though he didn’t want too he was scared) She put my son his favorite show and started by rubbing machine on my son back so he can get use to it. But unfortunately due to bad experience he wasn’t having it. She made it all possible and had so much patience with him. Which I feel it’s very important especially if you are working with kids! She did an amazing job, and she would pause to make sure he was ok, then proceed but the whole visit was amazing. She is so friendly and make our visit comfortable. The salon was adorable, felt really welcoming for a kid. The only reason why I left one star out is because of a specific hairstylist in that salon. I didn’t catch her name but she looks Asian, she looked annoyed because my son was crying and kept staring him down. Whenever another kid came she didn’t acknowledge the kid, she made the dad put the tv show, she was more busy staring my son down then doing her job. But other than that I love Keisha and the salon is amazing. I got alot compliments from my husband’s family that my son’s haircut looked very fresh and good. Thanks Keisha for making our trip to the salon very pleasant.

If you are trying to walk in for an appointment just don’t. I went to the online booking and checked my son in for a haircut. Wait time was 0 minutes. It didn’t even give me an option to choose a time, so I figured I was good. Got to Sharkey’s at 9:15 and both ladies that were there were just sitting there with no customers. I let them know I checked in online and they said that I couldn’t have my son get his haircut because they had scheduled appointments at 9:30..they said I could wait around and hope that they didn’t show up so my son could get a cut. I decided to leave. Then had someone call me an hour later(who wasn’t there when I showed up earlier) and asked why my son missed his appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule?? Lol I literally showed up and was turned away. Anyways. Just a frustrating experience. never got my son’s hair cut, but giving it 3 stars simply because it had a really fun set up. Moral of the story is I guess don’t use the online booking and just call. ♀️
