They are great for kids that are fidgety or don’t really enjoy haircuts. My son has a hard time with the hair itching his neck and nose, and they always accommodate it well. They’re also quick! For the quality, speed, friendliness, and how kid centric their salon is, the price is awesome as well.

Not impressed. All I asked for her to do was blend the sides and the back. It looks exactly like it did before only a little shorter. Afterwards when we got in the car my son said she was rough with the thinning shears and it hurt. $22 plus tip for a 10 min cut. We won’t return. Haircut

I took two girls in for hairstyling, fairie hair, and manicures before their birthday party. Within two hours (party hadn’t even started), the polish was coming off. I don’t mean she bumped or smudged it as a kid (or adult) could easily do. It was completely gone on some nails and very little left on the others. When I called and asked about the polish, the girl said “we use very cheap polish.” I responded that I didn’t expect super high end polish but it shouldn’t come off like that. The woman just went on about just HOW cheap it was. Not a great response. I was finally told that the manager would call me back, but no one ever did.

Went a few times to get my daughters hair braided she has thick curly hair. Understandably hard to manage but for some reason every time I went her stylist progressively gotten worse. First time I went all I wanted was two French braids. The rubber bands popped off pretty much right after we left I had to rebraid and put the bands back on her hair. The second time she freestyled the updo. Once again the rubber bands busted when we left. Whatever she put in my daughters hair made it very sticky and felt like glue… The third time was the last time not only did the price jump from $17 for wash and style to 70$ And she didnt have to wash her hair this time. I brought the products I wanted her to use and the rubber bands. I paid for tinsel to be added to the style and Tatiana only used two little thin pieces of tinsel in her hair. Couldn’t even notice it… the braids were messy and poorly done. It’s disappointing.
