Lee did an awesome job cutting my one year olds hair. The entire staff is so kind and patient especially when my son was losing it. Everyone stayed calm and professional and my son got such a handsome little haircut which is super impressive considering he moved around a lot. Super grateful to the entire staff for how sweet everyone was. They got the job done despite how difficult it was.

This was our 6-month-old’s first haircut and the experience couldn’t have gone better. Anne, his stylist, was a completely professional and did an amazing job. The environment was lax and kid-friendly (complete with a batmobile station and Cocomelon on the tube). Proud to report no tears were shed – just pure happiness from this boy! Thanks Sharkey’s!

Took my 1 year old to get a buzz cut & they completely shaved his head. I was so upset because he was born with a full head of hair & we just wanted to try something different not completely bald him. I was very visibly upset (teary eyed) when I went up to the lady at the front desk. I told her I knew there wasn’t much we could do but that that was not at all what we had asked for. I could tell she felt bad but I honestly wish & expected for us to not have to pay & or to get a coupon or something ): overall everyone was very nice but wish things were handled differently. Gonna try & see if I can get my money back.

Son refused to get his haircut for 2 years ( wanted him to make that decision on his own) until I showed him pics of the salon and the goodies they provide ( balloons, tv, cars, etc.) the stylist introduced herself to us and showed him the hair cutting machine was not “scary” she made him feel comfortable to the point I didn’t have to step in. He was so brave. Haircut was $30 plus $5 tip which is pricey BUT so worth it. He enjoyed the experience and that’s all that matters to me. Recommend 100%

I did the 1st hair cut package for my son and dont regret it. I love it and recommend it had appointment at 4pm we were seen around 20 min late but it was worth it . The girl was great, gentle and patient with my son. I wish I had gotten her name. I forgot to ask her but will definitely be back. ❤

Took my son to get a haircut and the lady who started cutting his hair was very impatient and was bothered by not finding the correct clippers. She showed extreme rudeness and even pushed my oldest son away while he stood next to his little brother while she walked away from him. My son is 3 years old and he was not moving! I am disappointed since I bring my son here so he can feel comfortable. I did ask to have his hair finished by someone else. Thankfully this person was very patient and very nice! Bad experience with Thu Thu.
