Our Mission is to create an entertaining experience for kids by providing a superior haircut with warm, experienced stylists in a meticulously clean and sanitized place filled with fun not found in other kids salons! Sharkey’s is a larger-than-life salon where its customers receive much more than a great haircut, they gain a fun, memorable experience. All regular haircuts include a complimentary wash, fun chairs, lollipops, balloons, and of course, lots of fun. Sharkey’s even makes the first haircut’ a special occasion with a certificate and before/after photograph.

Stylist are amazing here! My son’s first haircut was at a barber which was a HUGE MISTAKE. After that he was traumatized and did not want to get a haircut again. When he went to Sharkeys for the first time he was nervous but they made sure he was comfortable the whole time. They’re patience with kids and super nice! Not to mention he loves getting haircuts now.

The stylists here always do a great job. They are patient with the kids and the haircuts always come out nicely. What makes Coppell Sharky’s especially nice is the personal attention. Our stylist Vanessa even sent us home with a special treat for my daughter who was home sick and couldn’t come in for a haircut. I may get my next cut here!

So our first experience was really good, that’s why we went second time. But all the staff changed and the lady who cut the hair, I kept telling her to cut the hair short but she still didn’t cut them short. My daughter is sensitive and cries cries so we we had to compromise but then they charged us for a soft toy which they gave by themselves. We didn’t even ask for it, my daughter was mad and crying so the lady offered it to her saying you can play with it and bite. Then during the checkout they charged for it saying that she bit her and now you have to buy it. I mean you should have told us earlier before giving it to my daughter. I still gave the 10 dollars tip as I was not calculating the money as they were. But you know what you just lost a customer because you made my buy that toy without my consent .

Got in within half an hour with no appointment on a Saturday, service was absolutely amazing. My son didn’t shed 1 tear and had a blast playing with the cars. All in all great place. I will for sure be back Hairstyling

Appt. was with Tina, but without telling us anything, Mrs “Vanessa” flies in out of no where to cut my infants hair, had to spell out my baby’s name like 5 times, she was having an uphill struggle with the name, I offer to write the name down but in typical “Vanessa” fashion she does not even reply. A fun memorable experience left me upset. I wanted to fix her attitude like I have done few times in the past but my family talked me out of it. She is miserable, take your business elsewhere. Loosing 1 customer means nothing to them as they are TOO big, did I mention – changing business means nothing to me either, yet ? 🙂

My kids loved coming to Sharkey’s. Lucky cut my son’s hair and it is the best haircut he has had in years. They have Xbox set up so he played Minecraft while getting his hair cut, and he was excited about that. My daughter got a cute Minicure with glitter while we waited for Levi. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the kids felt comfortable and kept talking about Sharkey’s after we left. They said they both want to go back and to them it felt like a party. We will be back! Their services are very diverse and they can cut or style any hair type

The service was good, but I was over charged and was not given all the service mentioned on the website, I was charge 41, that was with the tip included. But I was not offered for my girl to get her hair wash, nails or the toy ring that is mentioned in there website. Once my wife ask me if does services were done and i said no we figured out that we were over charged. I called back Tina the manager and she said that is a package and that is optional, I told her that she never mentioned to me me. She assumed that I didn’t want does services, when I requested a partial refund she said they don’t do thT that I could go back and she will provide me the services she didn’t mentioned in the first time. I told her I was not able to go back to please make a partial refund and she keep saying that they don’t do partial refund sense is a package.Bang trim is supposed to be only $10!!!!!

We took our daughter here for her first haircut they did so good they all treated her nice Tina was amazing 100% recommend Tina listened to what I wanted and kept her so happy the whole time and our daughter is very impatient normally. I plan on taking her back for every hair cut Kids’ cuts

NEW MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT! MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR EARLIER MANAGEMENT. I had an appointment at 2:20, but I got done earlier at 1:00 so I stopped by to ask if they can do it earlier. At this point there is a 1:30 PM appointment available to book online, which I have already mentioned to them. These lady Vanessa told me to wait and they will try to work it out, so I didn’t feel the need to book 1:30 that was already available online. Its 2:05 pm and I am still waiting. IN THAT 1 HR, I SAW TWO KIDS HAVE A MAJOR MELTDOWN AND INABILITY OF BOTH THE HAIR STYLISTS TO HANDLE THAT SITUATION (LACK OF COMPASSION AND DISTRACTION). Both the stylists have a bit of an attitude problem, which is not ideal for a kid’s haircut place. There are some other places that are a farther drive but I have never seen such constant meltdowns at other kids Salons. My kid is older and doesn’t get nervous about hair cuts so it didnt bother me as much, but I would NEVER TAKE MY KID HERE FOR HIS FIRST HAIR CUT…down right tramautizing. After having waited till 2:05 (for an entire hour), they are now taking people who have arrived after me. So when I questioned them they started making excuses about it. My major frustration here is about the fact that she could have simply told me in first place to return at my appointment time if they were double booked and busy. And when they didn’t have a good enough reason to justify their unfair approach they tried to shut me down by saying how they don’t want to argue. Not to mention they were over booking because every appointment was delayed by 30+ mins. One of the most poorly operated and unprofessionally handled kids hair cut place I have seen. I am happy to drive 20 mins away and work with someone who values my time and business.
