We have been looking for a place to get the girls hair cut for over a year. A place that you do not have to book three month in advance to get the person you want to cut your child’s hair. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was clean and staff was wearing mask.

We had a great experience at Sharkey’s today. We were there for a 4yr old girl’s haircut. After the haircut, my girl told me “ mommy she is the best and she made me so beautiful.”My girl was very happy after the haircut. The girl who cut her hair (forgot to ask her name) was very nice and gentle with her. Great service overall and recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been struggling to find a good haircut place for my son who is 15 months. Today I went, and had a haircut with Toni. My son cried and cried but she had patience with him. She did an incredible job on his haircut even though my son was being stubborn. They are welcoming, and have great service. Will definitely be coming back! Kids’ cuts

My little had a rough start and was pretty nervous when we got there, but she ended up loving her first cut! They were really patient with her and explained everything to help her calm down. She wasn’t too sure about the blow dry, so she opted for Anna braids.

Usually go here as last resort.. which today was it. Scheduled apt ahead of time.. arrived on time and had to wait longer than expected because the lady we scheduled with was finishing up someone and then had to fix another kids haircut that someone else cut. She didnt even bother to use a different chair nor clean the space. Once it was our turn you can tell she was rushing it. She was being a bit rough as soon as she began. When she was done, no blowdryer was used to clean the hair.. we had never left a place with that much pieces of hair left on his arm, neck and face. Super messy, work!! Once we left my son complained that she cut his ear.. checked and he had a small cut, all because she rushed through it trying to finish up before closing time. Why have 5:45 apt if you are just going to rush through them and hurt the kids. Its not as if we are getting cheap haircuts! She rushed through ours even after we had that appointment scheduled for days, just because she chose to fix another kids haircut before he left. Unprofessional work! Never going back, not even as a last resort. Every-time we go to this specific location we end up with a bad experience.

Had no idea what to expect when taking my 3 year old to get a hair cut. She’d only been once before at 1 years old and had no memory of coming. I thought there would be lots of tears, but it was the most amazing experience. Janice was her stylist and she was absolutely wonderful. So kind, sweet and patient. She was really good at distracting her and giving her a heads up about everything she was doing. My daughter loved the hair washing chair, she almost fell asleep, she was so relaxed! She loved the fun cars and getting to watch a Netflix show while getting her hair cut. Afterwards Ms. Janice styled her hair so cute in a princess braid with butterfly clips. My daughter has refused to let me do her hair for months, but after her apt with Ms. Janice, she asks for princess braids almost daily! At the end Ms. Janice painted her nails and gave her a sparkly ring! My daughter left asking “when can we go again?!” Best experience and most wonderful hair stylist! 10/10 recommend for all stubborn toddlers!!

I didn’t have high expectations for a chain hair cutting salon aimed at kids. I have been to this location twice with almost 2 years in between and my daughter has recieved exceptional haircuts both times. She went from long hair to a bob stacked in the back… Not just a trim! Also, she got her nails painted and sat in an all pink Diva room. She still loves the princess treatment at 9! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Janice cut our son’s hair today and did an amazing job! He was previously traumatized by clippers so she took it easy on him and distracted/talked to him. He did great and looks so much better now!

Took my son here and had the worst experience. Asked for an undercut and my sons hair was long. they gave him an uneven buzz cut. absolutely rediculous. When I said this is unacceptable they said do you want us to cut more off. I just walked out. not once was I offered any kind of refund or discount. I took my son to a tenured hair dresser and even she was in disbelief that a licensed hair dresser touched his hair because of how awful it was.
