I had my procedure with Dr. Paul several years ago and I am very happy with the results. He restored my hairline and a little thinning on top, so now I look like I never lost hair in the first place. I did the FUE so the scarring was pretty minimal. Dr. Josephitis did part of the donor grabbing and he made sure I was comfortable. It was a great experience and everyone on the team made me feel very comfortable. Hopefully I don’t need another transplant, but if I do I will be back.

Simply sensational! These folks know exactly what they are doing! That’s why they’re world renown experts. They don’t need to market— clients come to them from all over the world for a reason! And that reason is they genuinely love their jobs and helping people! Very rarely do I trust white collar professionals but they earned my confidence quickly. They’re not doing it for the money—- they’re doing it cuz they love it! And to be frank, I would’ve paid DOUBLE for the experience I got in addition to stellar results. Dr. Joe is a genius, amazing bedside manner. And everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and technicians just want you to have an elegant, most comforting and soothing experience. As a result, I experienced no discomfort— they took care of it right away. Made me feel so cared for at every stage that I fell asleep! Which is a first- I’m usually on edge , especially for a surgery! They even massaged to distract from any needle stings which honestly were nothing more than a small tickle! 10/10 would recommend and will be back for all my other needs. Everyone in healthcare needs to learn from this business.

Started with an in person consultation in which it was recommended I get bloodwork done. I did all the blood work and sent it to them and they have never responded. I spent $325 on blood work tests for no action on their part. When I called to make sure they received my results the receptionist said they did receive it but they haven’t had the time to review and get back to me and that was on 11/28/22 and I still haven’t heard 1 word from them. Very disappointing to not follow up with patients. Maybe since they work with patients all around the world they have decided I’m not worth their time. Very unfortunate way of doing business. Dr. Ron Shapiro’s performed several procedures for me, and I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else except him and his outstanding staff. I’ve done tons of research prior to selecting Dr. Shapiro, and even though there are others with fine reputations in this field, I feel that his technical expertise, aesthetic excellence, genuine patient-first approach, exceptional chairside manner, and many other qualities place him at the top of the list.

So unprofessional. Go else where trust me. Receptionist lied to me and just cost there company 15k. I’d fire them immediately. Completely rude. At this point I’m waiting on a phone call with an apology from them wasted my time and money.

Recently had a FUE hair transplant (1500 grafts) performed by Dr. Josephitis at the Shapiro Medical Group. Could not be more pleased. Previously had two transplants, the last procedure was not done well and needed corrective work. Dr. Joe is very patient, took the time to listen and understand my concerns and had the technical ability to accomplish a difficult task. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Matt, the patient coordinator did an excellent job explaining things. Terrific experience, highly recommend.

I had a FUE transplant in Feb 2019 for thinning scalp and to create a new hairline. Extremely happy with the results and very pleased with the entire process, start to finish. I would recommend Shapiro Medical Group to anyone looking for hair restoration therapy. The entire group is outstanding! And I say this as a Dr. with a PhD in Epidemiology.

I flew in from Atlanta to see Dr. Paul & Nicole about scalp micro pigmentation & to fix hair transplants from a previous doctor. I was impressed from the second I walked in by how professional & kind the whole staff was, much better than any of the other doctors I’ve visited. I spent over 4hrs in the office that day with individual consultations with Matt, Nicole, Dr Paul Shapiro. They all were awesome & I highly recommend visiting the Shapiro medical group for any of your hair loss concerns.
