Critical: Professionalism, ValueDON’T go to this place. Had a terrible experience in there. Very unprofessional. The “stylist” Kathy pulled my hair and that was painful. She took off the cape when she was trimming my hair because she said my hair color and the cape color were too similar. Then she trimmed my hair without the cape and messed up with my dress. She tried to blow out the hair on me but couldn’t. The haircut was thick and bumpy. You can even do a better job by yourself at home. When she finished cutting my hair, she touch my son without sanitizing her hand and did NOT ask for my permission if she could touch him. This is NOT acceptable. First time visiting this place today and I LOVE it. I’m from NJ and every salon I called on a Saturday wasn’t able to get me in, which was understandable. I called here for a trim and pink balayage and they managed to get me in right away. Lauren did my hair and did AMAZING. She nailed what I wanted to a tee, not to mention kept me laughing and talking during the whole process. Everyone was so nice and professional. Can NOT beat the prices. Salon was clean. I’ll 100% be back!! Thank you all!

DO NOT COME IN FOR HAIR COLORING!!! I went in for double proccesing my hair blonde and the male stylist Micheal wouldnt do it. What he did do is put a blonde color (not bleach) on my almost black hair. It lifted to a redish orange and he said he was going to put blonde on top but he did skinny little light blonde highlights; I now look like a cheetah and am NOT happy. Also, he cut my hair up to my shoulders (was down to my chest) when i strongly urged him not to cut it at all.
