This is my first time at shapes, I went to the shop looking at the reviews , I did notice one long bad review , but since it had so many positive comments thought the place will be good. I had such a bad experience. I went at 6.30 while the shop closing was 7. When I reached the store , the lady looked at me as if she was not happy with customers coming in.

Used to come here all the time and loved the place. I moved out of the area so I stopped going. When I returned I noticed the lady who used to do my eyebrows no longer worked there. I was not happy with the results but thought maybe the new lady was having a bad day. Went back a couple of weeks later and had the same experience. Also there weren’t any other customers either so that should have given me a clue
