The woman who did my service was very rough and it was painful. I’ve gotten my brows threaded for years and it never felt like this service. She ended up taking off WAY TOO MUCH on one eye brow; Giving me a very thin tail and a bald spot in the middle of my brow. Leaving my brows feeling very tender and drastically uneven.

Put tenting on my daughter we didn’t ask for. They offered both for $20. Said that’s $34. We asked they be thinner. She left them extremely thick. We came for a makeover but they have no idea what they’re doing . And they’re practically begging you to get services you don’t want and cannot do the services you do want. Awful. I had to go buy some tweezers to fix what they messed up.

The sign said they’d open at 11AM, and we waited until nearly 12 Noon until someone showed up. Once they were open, I found myself 3rd in line. I had never had my eyebrows threaded, and I was disappointed there was no introduction. It would have been nice for them to talk me through it so I knew what to expect.

First of all let me say I’m not the type of person to write a bunch of reviews so the fact that I am writing a review on this place says a lot. I came in about an hour ago today to get my eyebrows threaded. I came in with a picture of exactly how I wanted my eyebrows to look like. The young girl barely looks at the picture And tells me to sit down in her chair. She then starts very aggressively threading my eyebrows. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for many years and never have I had it hurt so bad in my life. The whole time I can tell she’s messing up my eyebrows but I’m quiet and I wait for her to show me . So she shows me my eyebrows and it looks like one eyebrow is almost cut in half. It looks absolutely nothing like this picture. She then starts talking in her native tongue very aggressively towards the other lady working there. After I asked her to fix it she rolled her eyes at me and glared at me like it was my fault. After showing the second lady the picture of the eyebrows that I wanted, I could tell that she was also a little surprised. The young girl who did my eyebrows did not say sorry she did not care whatsoever. They still charged me for their awful service and all they could tell me was that The young girl was new. Please if you’re thinking about going to this place think twice. I’m now stuck with terrible looking eyebrows and on top of that had to pay for it. She then had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to buy a monthly subscription to their salon. If they could put negative stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Came here for eyebrow threading. I never leave reviews, but they look awful. She clearly had no experience and I should have stopped her when she started. She chopped at them with scissors after she “finished” and now I have patches where before they looked full. She also managed to entirely miss multiple areas. What a disaster.
