I DO NOT COME for a lecture and to be covid vaccine shamed by the person doing my services. You mis spoke in front of other people waiting and if you would like me to wear a mask ask me politely. Of course I understand the world we live in but I didn’t have one and I asked her if it was a problem and if she preferred me to wear one she said no it’s okay and proceeded to do my eyebrows while discussing the important of one. I was embarrassed and felt like Its not her place to say this in front of a full wait area in the manner she did. IF YOU ARE SO CONCERNED WITH COVID, YOUR SAFETY, OUR SAFETY, THEN WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER, SANITIZE EACH SEAT AFTER EVERY USE, ALTERNATE SEATS, WIPE THE MIRROR YOU HAVE US HOLD TO SEE OUR EYEBROWS AFTER YOUVE THREADED. I’ve come here for years, I have a membership! When I sit down, I come and sit and wait for a service is that was provided. I DO NOT COME for a lecture and to be covid vaccine shamed by the person doing my services. You mis spoke in front of other people waiting and if you would like me to wear a mask ask me politely. Critical: ProfessionalismI arrive and the lady was just on her phone. She had me waiting for awhile and then when she was doing my eyebrows, she slapped my hand to move it away and would turn my head hard then had the audacity to ask for tip.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI took my daughter to get her eyebrows done . And she was next , so I ask the lady that became available to do my daughter’s eyebrows. And for no reason she refused. She gave me a nasty attitude and she said no . And she went in to help another lady that came after us . I asked why she refuse to do it and she will not speak to me and told me to wait for the other lady . I asked why and she ignore me . I asked to speak to a manager and she started speaking in another language with the other workers and ignore me . I asked for their name and the manager’s contact info and still was ignore by her . Another lady came out from the back and gave a number and name . Which it was the wrong number . I called 3 times and they would not talk to me and hung up the phone. Stay away from this place . The workers name that refused to help my daughter was Anita . Which now I am doubting ifIt’s even her name since they gave me a fake number to contact a manager there . I see in the review that someone took a picture of her with a similar issue . This Anita person is a very rude and unprofessional person .Horrible place , horrible customer service .
