First off she opened her store just to help out my step mother who has recently started being the caregiver to my nephew witch happens to be disable , she allowed us to bring him in and she tried her best to get his hair cut ( he wasn’t the easiest lol)unfortunately we wasn’t able to get his hair cut like we wanted but the little success was such a great start considering the circumstances, it felt good to have someone try so hard an to feel that someone else genuinely cares. First off she opened her store just to help out my step mother who has recently started being the caregiver to my nephew witch happens to be disable , she allowed us to bring him in and she tried her best to get his hair cut ( he wasn’t the easiest lol)unfortunately we wasn’t able to get his hair cut like we wanted but the little success was such a great start considering the circumstances, it felt good to have someone try so hard an to feel that someone else genuinely cares. Critical: QualityI had my hair cut and highlighted. I originally wanted balayage but I was ok with the highlights…. Well they were so blotchy , I went back to have them fixed and Beth did that for free and I went home, I had my friend take pictures and one side has no layers… So I went back in to have it fixed and now I have a straight line halfway up my hair, no layers and she really tried everything to be nice and helpful but unfortunately, it’s just bad. I am going to have to pay to go somewhere else and have my hair fixed and at this point it’ll probably be to my ears.Service: Hair coloringI had my hair cut and highlighted. I had my hair cut and highlighted. I originally wanted balayage but I was ok with the highlights…. Well they were so blotchy , I went back to have them fixed and Beth did that for free and I went home, I had my friend take pictures and one side has no layers… So I went back in to have it fixed and now I have a straight line halfway up my hair, no layers and she really tried everything to be nice and helpful but unfortunately, it’s just bad.
