I was very disappointed when I went in on Monday Oct 10th. The lady shaped my eyebrows really well but I wanted them tinted. Mind you, this isn’t my first time tinting my eyebrows. She didn’t ask me what color so I assumed she knew..? I WAS WRONG. I have blonde hair and usually get the light brown tint and it looks great. She put the tint on and waited some time and when she took it off it was so dark! I told her it was too dark and asked her what color it was. At first she said brown and I told her I usually get light brown and then she said oh yeah it’s light brown. OBVIOUSLY IT WASN’T. I asked her to rub it off and she seemed annoyed. She used some sort of solution that burned my skin and nothing came off. My eyebrows were still too dark. At this point I was really upset and she just kept arguing that it would lighten up bit but it still hasn’t. I’m still walking around with DARK BROWN eyebrows and blonde hair and I hate the way they look. She didn’t even seem concerned that I was upset about it.

I moved to the area in October of 2021. After trying several threading places, trust me when I say: Shape UR Brow…. Literally, best in town! I love the service and the atmosphere here. They have several other services available. I recently (August 2022) got brave enough to try micro blading I mean after 9 months of PERFECT threading sessions, I thought, let’s do it.
